Methods

To remove contestable Variables each volunteer is seen in the morning hours and then again in the morning hours 4 weeks later.

This allows us to measure each cornea in a realtively similar timeframe.

The Heidelberg Engineering Spectralis OCT is used first as this is the simplest and least demanding of the volunteer, next is the Haag-Streit Lenstar 900 biometer and fianlly the DGH TechnologiesPachmate pachymeter since this requires anthestheitc drops and probe contact with the cornea
